Nous avons rencontré Iény lors d'une brocante. Nous avons commandé une chaudière à granulés. Les délais ont été respectés. A l'arrivée de celle-ci, nous avons été surpris par sa taille. Nous avons du revoir la taille de la pièce pour l'accueillir et cela a entrainé beaucoup de modifications d'aménagement dans notre maison. Le professionnel ne nous a pas suffisamment alerté. Pendant un mois, nous avons dû attendre un technicien spécialisé à cause d'un gros bruit au démarrage. Les installateurs sont très bien et professionnels. Nous regrettons un peu la chaudière qui est trop volumineuse.
