"PROBLEME AVEC ALDELEC Ma pompe à chaleur vendue et installée par Aldelec a implosé au bout de 3 mois de fonctionnement. Il a fallu 80 jours en plein hiver ( soit plus de 2 mois et demi ) pour en obtenir le remplacement. Le technicien venu sur les lieux au bout de 20 jours a mis en place une solution alternative provisoire fondée sur l'utilisation de la résistance électrique de la pompe. Le seul problème est que cette résistance a consommé environ 6 KW à l'heure et a conduit à un dépassement de ma consommation ordinaire de près de 7000 KW pour deux mois ( !! ). L'entreprise ALDELEC m'a informé en Février suite à ma demande de compensation, qu'une réponse personnalisée allait m'être envoyée. Je l'attends toujours en dépit de mails de rappels , d'un message téléphonique à la direction et d'un courrier en RAR. Conclusion : avec Aldelec s'il n'y a pas de panne, tout va bien mais si un problème surgit, le mépris l'emporte sur l'écoute. "
