J'avais besoin d'un professionnel afin de réaliser l'installation d'une pompe à chaleur air-eau. L'installation en elle-même s'est plutôt bien passée, mais je regrette l'emplacement choisi par la société afin de réaliser cette installation. En effet, la pompe à chaleur est installée dans ma cuisine, je ne pensais pas que l'équipement prendrait autant de place. Après pose, il m'a été indiqué par les techniciens qu'il aurait été faisable de l'installer à la cave, j'aurais aimé que l'on me demande cette précision avant installation dans la cuisine. Je trouve cela dommage qu'EnergyGo sous-traite la pose, cela peut engendrer des problèmes de communication. Je recommande cette entreprise, mais avec une réserve.
