Service après vente inexistant, en cas de problème l'entreprise ne joue pas le jeu. 1 an 1/2 après la pose du chauffe-eau solaire, j'ai constaté que celui-ci fuyait et certainement depuis longtemps car cela a endommagé mon toit, a mouillé la couche d'isolation et fait apparaitre des taches d'humidité au plafond. Ce sont ces taches qui m'ont d'ailleurs alerté. Ayant contacté lAgence-habitat pour qu'un technicien vienne régler le problème.j'ai reçu une fin de non recevoir. L'entreprise n'intervient plus dans mon secteur ! De plus jje suis en admiration pour leur don de voyance ! Agence-habitat située à 350 km de mon domicile semble avoir vue sur mon toit et m'assure sans rien vérifier qu'il s'agit du robinet de purge, pièce bien entendu hors garantie (alors que le chauffe-eau est encore sous garanti. Ah c'est dommage !). Comment le savent-ils ? Mystère ... Donc il reste à ma charge de faire démonter ce chauffe-eau, et de faire effectuer les réparation du toit et du plafond. voilà il vaut mieux le savoir avant d'engager des travaux avec cette entreprise qui au moment de la pose semble très sympathique
