Je me suis rendue à leur magasin, car c'est une société qui est visible par la route. J'ai mis en place la pose d'un poêle à bois. La prestation a été correcte et j'en suis satisfaite.

Je reçu Monsieur M un commercial de cette société qui m'a certifié devant témoin que la pose de la pompe à chaleur ne me coûterai absolument rien au vue de mes revenus. La pose s'est bien déroulé. Au niveau des aides je n'ai même pas reçu la moitié. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails, sms. J'ai eu monsieur M au tel à plusieurs reprises il me disait que cela allait arriver qu'il allait voir avec son assistante. J'ai envoyé un dernier sms il y a un mois, n'ayant pas de réponse je lui ai tel et là... le numéro demandé n'est pas attribué. J'ai contacté son assistante par mail et là elle me rappelle pour me dire que monsieur M ne travaille plus dans la société et que je n'aurai rien d'autres comme aides. En gros, je me suis fait arnaqué. Je dois rembourser un prêt (qui n'était pas convenu au départ) que je ne peux plus honorer.

Mon voisin m'a recommandé cette société. Ils ont posé un chauffe-eau thermodynamique. Nous nous sommes mal compris sur le devis de base. Il y a eu un problème de communication et les délais sont longs. Malgré tout, tout fonctionne très bien.
