J'ai acheté un poile au prix de 8200 euros avec pose. En mai 2021, le plafond et les murs de mon hall d'entrée étaient noir de fumée: après de nombreuses réclamations, ils ont fini par me repeindre le couloir et ils m'ont installé un conduit à l'intérieur du poile pour que les fumées aillent dans la boîte à fumée (normalement cela aurait dû être fait à l'installation). Ce n'est pas tout, 4 mois après la fin de la garantie, le ventilateur numéro 2 (appelé Multifuoco) a commencé à faire beaucoup de bruit. J'ai contacté Teknifeu en pensant qu'ils allaient m'apporter une solution; et bien il n'en ai rien. Ils m'ont fait un devis téléphonique à 680 euros que j'ai refusé. Après quelque recherche, j'ai trouvé la procédure de réparation du ventilateur en remplaçant simplement les roulements (13 euros pièce) pour un coup de 26 euros. Aucun geste commerciale; ni prise en charge ne m'a été proposé d'autant plus que je n'étais qu'à 4 mois de la fin de la garantie. J'ajoute, j'avais demandé lors de l'achat du poile une extension de garantie moyennant finance, ils m'ont répondu que leurs matériels était très fiable et que ce service n'était pas proposé.
