Une vraie catastrophe ! Ma PAC a été installée le 1/5/24 et est tombée en panne depuis début décembre. Après x relances et mise en marche forcée depuis début décembre par téléphone, une équipe a fini par venir le 11/12 pour constater que la PAC avait été mal installée par Poseo (sous-traitant) ce qui a occasionné la panne par suite d'une carte électronique HS. Depuis plus rien, le sav est inexistant et ne répond pas au téléphone car leur messagerie est saturée ! On n'est fin février 2025 et je ne suis toujours pas dépannée ! Je précise que l'installation a été faite en Vendée, à St Jean de Monts et non en Eure-et-Loir (Gallardon). À cette précédente adresse j'avais fait installée des panneaux photovoltaïques dont j'étais satisfaite. Aussi, j'ai voulu reprendre la même entreprise, mais bien mal m'en a pris... Même le commercial s'est volatilisé à l'étranger !
